Typical Situation

The 23 or so inches of snow that accumulated here in Ohio last week seems to be melting. Slowly, I might add. The sounds of water flowing down into the drainage pipes and the mushy patches of grass have become evident in my neighborhood. I love the snow. It is a rare beauty, so white and pure. Makes me think of my childhood.

Here's a brief overview of my day:

1) Doctor appointment (Chiropractor) this morning. I sprained (for lack of a better term) my C2 and C4 vertebrae. Let me add this has been some of the worst pain ever...with the exception of my 3 abscessed teeth in December. I've been in treatment since the end of January and it's slowly working. I can now sit, sleep and drive my car comfortably...the pain hasn't subsided yet, but I am definitely on the mend. Thank you, Matthew Hakes. You are the most caring Doctor of Chiropractic care that I have ever met. Note to reader: Apparently sleeping with both arms extended over your head does not help your neck much...neither does the wild moves of playing Wii tennis...I think that is what did it.

2) Personal training with my Mitchell. It was good to get back in the gym and sweat a little bit. We shall see just how out of shape I really am in the morning when I try to brush my teeth.

I did other things during the day, they just seem to mundane to mention.

Day two of seven...complete!
